Hi friends, old or new!

as we progressed into the second month of preparation, many things have fallen into place. And we are glad that we have received heart-warming support and help in all ways and all forms in the past few weeks. Especially through friends whom have helped to passed the msg ard, and we have got to know more new friends in the process.

As we understand that it might be difficult to pass the stationery and books to us, we have alternatives. We will be "stationing" (or rather, "squatting") at various places for convenient collection of the stuff. Hope this will allow more ppl to come forward to support this project.

Schedule for collection of stationery and children's books:

(A) Date: 4 Oct (Sun)
Venue: Starbucks @ Jurong Point (nxt to Boon Lay MRT)
Time: 11am - 4pm

(B) Date: 10 Oct (Sat)
Venue: Starbucks@ Northpoint (nxt to Yishun MRT)
Time: 11am - 5pm

** Pls note that this "collection drive" is purely an individual initiative and not a "registered" or "organised" collection drive. Just hope tht the staff there wont chase us away! hahahaha...

We will have more "collection drives" of such, and maybe in the central area, if there is a demand for that. As mentioned before, we welcomed used items, as long as they are functional.

We are working on the effects of networking, so pls help to pass the word ard! =)

A reminder- we will NOT accept any monetary donation for this project. We absolutely understand that monetary donation is the most convenient way. But to purchase the items is a more sincere way to show your care! And we are not comfortable to be entrusted with the money lah...A suggestion would be: to go shopping with your family/ colleagues / friends!
